The Florida Springs Council is starting a new webinar series on the basics of Florida water policy to build a stronger and well informed community of springs advocates ‘Springs Advocacy 101’ will take us to the basics of springs protection!

If advocating for springs protection and restoration is new to you, or if you just want a nice refresher, this series is for you We’ll start with the KEY PLAYERS & RULES THAT SHAPE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY IN FLORIDA.

Those acronyms we throw around like BMAP, FDEP, MFL, CUPs, WMD—we’ll define those and more, so you have the information you need to better understand and speak up for Florida’s springs, rivers and aquifer.
